For each link, right-mouse-click and choose "Save Target As..." Then choose a location in which to save the file (for example, under Windows XP, you might use My Documents\My Videos).
If you're not using Windows XP/IE, I will assume that you know how to download a file from a link on the Web. ^_^

I could use XViD, but that would require all of you to get the XViD codec for your respective media players, and I don't have anything yet that would convert them into, say, Quicktime or just plain .mpeg format. Sorry.
